Core Boxes - Boxes crafted from wood, plastic, or aluminum, employed in hand molding, shell molding, CO2 (Carbon Dioxide), or cold-setting mixtures (such as furan, alpha-set, pep-set) casting processes. They can be adapted to various core-making machines, providing versatility in core production.
Specialty Casting Tooling - We also provide tooling solutions for specialized casting methods, including investment casting, lost foam casting, low-pressure casting into gypsum molds, concrete casting, and plastic molding. Our expertise extends to these distinctive casting processes, ensuring that we deliver tailor-made tooling solutions to meet the unique requirements of each method.
Loose Pieces Tooling - Tooling components made from wood, plywood, or plastic expressly designed for the production of individual or small-batch, large-sized castings. For large or bespoke castings, this budget-friendly solution, albeit requiring skilled molders, remains highly effective.
Tooling for Molding Machines - Tooling engineered for compatibility with various molding machines, encompassing both manual and automatic types such as BMM (Bartley Manufacturing and Machine) or Sinto. Typically constructed from plastic or aluminum, this type of tooling ensures high levels of productivity while maintaining the assembly precision of molds.
Wood, Plywood, or Plastic Cope and Drag Tooling - Cope and drag tooling crafted from wood, plywood, or plastic materials designed for use in both green sand and cold-setting mixtures (like furan, alpha-set, and pep-set) casting processes. Its advantage lies in its adaptability, not requiring additional equipment (but can be tailored for molding machines), making it suitable for producing large-scale castings
